Hours of Service - How to Get Advice

If you want advice, you should telephone the bureau on 01202 482023 and an experienced advisor will carry out a brief assessment interview to find the most appropriate way to help you. After this assessment you may be helped in the following ways:-

*    Leaflets or factsheets which answer your enquiry

*    A face to face or telephone call back appointment

*    A referral to an appropriate agency or a solicitor

You can contact us for a gateway assessment  interview during opening hours:-

Tuesday                       10.00am  - 1.00pm

Wednesday                  10.00am  - 4.00pm

Thursday                      10.00am -  4.00pm
